Specialists willing to take part in the conference are kindly requested to register and submit their materials before February 10, 2023.

The abstract preparing rules are presented on the conference site in the section “Abstracts Guidelines”. To be included in the conference program, all papers are double-reviewed and discussed at a meeting of the program committee. Works that do not meet the rules will not be considered by the program committee.

The reports included in the conference program will be published in the electronic book of conference materials and indexed in the RSCI (Russian Scientific Citation Index).

The organization fee is 3250 rubles. It is paid by the author after the program committee decides to include the report in the conference program.

For one organizational fee, the publication of only one work in the conference proceedings is provided (the proceedings will be included in the RSCI).
